Cancellation Policy
Private Tour Booking Policy (Cancellation & Refunds) Because these private tours require advance scheduling and staff availability, all weekday private tours must be booked and paid in advance. ✅ Cancellation Policy To receive a refund, all cancellations must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) before your scheduled tour date and time. Cancelled 7+ days in advance: ✅ Full refund Cancelled less than 7 days in advance: ❌ No refund ✅ Why This Policy Exists These tours are private, staff-scheduled appointments. Once a tour is booked, we reserve that date and time specifically for your group and may turn away other requests. ✅ Rescheduling (When Possible) If you need to change your date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you as a reschedule, depending on availability.
