We sincerely appreciate your support of the TigerMan Karate Dojo & Museum. Many of our items are limited edition, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small quantities, and as such, all sales are generally final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns are accepted only in exceptional cases, such as damaged or defective items, and must be approved in advance.
Return Conditions:

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process:

Email us at info@tigermanmuseum.org with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
