We appreciate your support and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our unique and often limited merchandise, we generally do not accept returns unless absolutely necessary.
If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All return items must be in original, unused condition with tags or packaging intact.
Return Process:

You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any return.

To request an RMA, email us at info@tigermanmuseum.org with your order number, reason for return, and item(s) you wish to return.

Once you receive your RMA number, clearly mark it on the outside of the return package.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
