Apparel (T-shirts, hats, etc.)

Exchange only, within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and free of odors (smoke, perfume, cologne), stains, and pet hair. Items returned in any other condition will be refused.

Books, Magazines, Posters & Prints

Final sale. No returns or exchanges — we cannot verify printed items were not read or copied.

Defective Merchandise

Manufacturer defects will be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt. If we cannot replace a defective item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any processing fees PayPal or Stripe does not refund.

Mailed Returns

Not accepted. All returns and exchanges are evaluated in person at 3217 Lucibill Rd, Memphis, TN 38116.
