After years of anticipation, the TigerMan Karate Dojo & Museum is officially open to the public once again—and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you through our doors.
Located just minutes from Graceland, this historic dojo is where Elvis Presley trained in karate under Master Kang Rhee and even filmed footage for his planned martial arts project, The New American Gladiators.
The museum showcases rare Elvis memorabilia, one-of-a-kind karate artifacts, and personal items connected to Grandmaster Kang Rhee, the Pasaryu Karate system, and the broader history of Elvis’ passion for martial arts. This is not just a museum—it’s a living tribute to a unique side of Elvis Presley that many fans never get to see.
Whether you're a hardcore Elvis fan, a Memphis tourist, or just someone curious about the King’s life outside of music, this is a must-visit destination during your trip.
We’ll be using this blog to share:
Updates on special events and appearances
Behind-the-scenes stories from the museum
