How far in advance should we book?
At least 7 days ahead is ideal. For Elvis Week (August) or Elvis Birthday Week (January), please book 3–4 weeks ahead as those dates fill up fast.
Can we add a guided tour?
Yes. Note it in the special requests box — a guide adds $12.99–$19.99 per person on top of admission depending on group size, or upgrade to a Spa Guy Private Tour for the full VIP experience.
Do you offer school / educational discounts?
Yes — mention your school or non-profit in the notes and we'll apply any available educational rate to the invoice.
Where can our bus park?
Drop off at the front, then park on-street or in the nearby lot. We'll send exact directions with your confirmation.
Refund policy?
Once the invoice is paid, groups can reschedule up to 48 hours before the visit. No refunds inside 48 hours, but you can transfer the booking to a future date.
